Roadmap

What gets us kept.

Platform polish gets us tried. Generated-app quality and proven reliability get us kept. Order reflects that — verification before new features.

Now

Runtime gate — prove it runs

Boot WebContainer in a live browser, run a multi-file build end to end, confirm the stage stepper and design directions render. Gates 1 + 2 block everything else.

Confirm D5 + D6 in production

Watch a generated app actually use its design-direction fonts and palette, and the workbench stepper advance and stop correctly on a failed build.

Next

W3 — real sub-agents (fix runPlan)

Replace the runPlan stub with real model calls per task, reusing the STEP-06 decideNext / isVerified loop. planFromRequest already works; execution is the gap.

14D — eval / quality harness

Structured fix for the wiring-gap pattern: every feature must prove it is imported by production code and observed at runtime, not just unit-tested.

Lint + RLS hardening

Clear the no-explicit-any backlog in store/* and orchestrator, and penetration-test RLS policies before anything ships publicly.

Later

14B — full-stack execution tier

Second container adapter behind the RuntimeAdapter seam (E2B) so generated backends run for real, not just frontends in WebContainer.

14C — mobile path

Expo + QR preview for functional mobile builds alongside web.

14E — automations + integrations

Playbook-style integrations (Stripe, Supabase, S3, Slack, GitHub) with install scripts, env templates, and generated code.

Credits + billing (if ever)

Only if the project needs hosted economics. The default stays BYOK with no credits system — you pay your model provider directly.
